SoCal Wallflowers Terms and Conditions

  1. Retainers and Payment

    • Service retainers are non-refundable.
    • A 50% retainer is due upon booking to secure your date. Your event is NOT booked until the retainer has been paid. 
    • The remaining 50% balance is to be paid 14 days prior to your event date.
    • If you book within 14 days of your event date, you agree to pay the entire balance up front with a rush fee of 15% to cover expedited sourcing for your event.
    • Late payments will result in the cancellation of your booking without refunds. 
  2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

    • To reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least two weeks before your event date.
    • Cancellations made less than two weeks before your event are not eligible for rescheduling.
    • All retainers are non-refundable.
    • Outdoor installations are subject to additional terms, as balloons and decor are sensitive to heat, wind, and rain. We will not set up our rentals and decor in the rain or any other inclement weather, you must have a backup plan. We do not reschedule for bad weather.  Please take into consideration the season and weather your event will be in. 
  3. Creative Design

    • I use my own creative interpretation when designing your balloon arrangements to ensure a unique and personalized final product.
    • The finished results may or may not look exactly like the inspiration photo provided, as I aim to create something one-of-a-kind for your event.
  4. Photos and Representations

    • Photos shown on our website represent examples of our products and are intended to provide inspiration. Actual products may vary based on availability, customization, and creative design.
    • Variations in colors, materials, and arrangements may occur due to availability or other factors. If a balloon is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with another balloon that's similar. 
  5. Customization Policy

    • Once an order is placed and customization begins, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the personalized nature of the product.
    • We strive to ensure that every detail meets your expectations, and we encourage open communication during the design process to ensure your satisfaction.
  6. Delivery Policy

    • Someone must be present at the delivery location to accept the order. Balloons will not be left outside.
    • If no one is available within 5–10 minutes of delivery, we will leave, and you will need to reschedule your order. Additional delivery fees will apply.
  7. Delivery Fees

    • Starting at $10. 
    • Final fees depend on the size and nature of the order.
  8. Liability

    • SoCal Wallflowers is not liable for balloons once they leave our care.
    • While we use the highest quality balloons and materials, some balloons may pop or deflate unexpectedly due to environmental factors (e.g., weather, pets, children, surfaces, or car conditions).
    • If WE pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time.
    • A damage waiver is offered to protect Client from charges incurred due to normal wear and tear on rental items. A damage waiver is 10% of the total rental bill, and added on at the time of booking if requested. It does not preclude Client from paying for missing or lost equipment.
    • SoCal Wallflowers is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by the use or placement of balloons, rentals, props, or decor.
    • SoCal Wallflowers is not liable for non-performance or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • Customer gives permission to use adhesive hooks, tapes/adhesives on exterior/interior walls and understands the risk of damage.
  9. Sustainability

  • Our latex balloons are made from 100% biodegradable natural latex and are produced in the U.S.A.

10. Rentals and Props

  • All rentals and props (including arches, cake stands, flower walls, custom props, stands, weights, etc.)  are property of SoCal Wallflowers. Client agrees not to move, adjust, or handle the rentals and props in any way. All rentals and props must be returned to SoCal Wallflowers at the agreed upon time. If rentals and props are not returned in the condition they arrived in, SoCal Wallflowers reserves the right to bill the client for the any damaged rentals, props, and equipment. We DO NOT offer pickup for any props, rentals, or equipment. Client must arrange delivery for those items. 
  1. Communication
  • Changes to the event date, time, or location must be communicated in writing at least two weeks prior to the event. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or text with your payment schedule within 24–48 hours of booking.
  • Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive correspondence from SoCal Wallflowers.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to communicate venue restrictions or requirements (e.g., permits, setup limits.)

REMEMBER- Balloons are a choking hazard. Children and animals must be supervised at all times.
